Purchases can be made as a ‘guest’ without having an account.
Payment: Please note that we are a secure safe website as indicated by the Lock prefix in our internet address.  Our site uses PayPal, a trusted and proven safe internet payment system for both the customer and the seller, in which credit cards may be used with or without having a PayPal account. Information is collected by our web site and plugins such as Woo Commerce and Paypal as necessary to provide a secure payment process. Adding products to cart is considered as consent to use your information for the purpose of making purchases and recording the transaction. We can also use pay pal invoices for payment of purchase. We do not accept bit coins, checks or money orders.
Shipping: We only ship within the USA and do not ship internationally. We usually use USPS to balance cost and expediency of delivery. Shipment will not occur until full payment is received. We usually ship all orders within 5 business days or sooner. If in a rare occurrence, a little more time is needed before shipping, we will keep you informed. You will be notified when your purchase is shipped. We do not accept responsibility for shipping delays or damages done by the carrier, or if the package is stolen during shipment or after delivery. Signature confirmation or insurance will not be included unless you contact us prior to shipping for it to be added. It is up to the recipient/buyer to make insurance claims against the carrier. I can not guarantee exactly when a package will arrive as that is the responsibility of the carrier.
Return/Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the purchase, and feel it is not as described, please contact us promptly regarding the return. Returns must be made within 7 business days of receipt of the package. Items damaged by the shipping couriers do not qualify for return as we cannot be held responsible for the packaged product after it is received by the shipper. The item must be returned in the original package and packed as it was sent to ensure integrity of the item. Items sent back not packaged as sent, will not be refunded. Refunds for returns will be handled promptly after return item is received and assessed as undamaged and unused. Refunds do not include the return shipping costs.
