Some of my favorite pastimes are: Recycle, Repurpose, Upcycle, Reuse and Restyle, and my framed jewelry art allows me to use all of those!

A beautiful repurposed oval frame is used for this framed jewelry art.  It is painted a hunter green, it’s not wood or plastic, but is some sort of composite and whatever it is, it is sturdy and solid.  The background is a sheet of art canvas on a wood board and painted a light tan with a glitter spray. 

I feel lucky that I was able to obtain this gorgeous vintage Sara Coventry Sunflower brooch and earring set that was made in the 60’s.  The stems for the flowers are sections of a vintage rhinestone necklace and a beautiful silver tone bow brooch each provide the Bling that was needed.

This certainly will be a great gift for anyone or even yourself!  As with all my jewelry art, this comes ready to hang!
