This beautiful photo of Palacios Harbor is typical of the hundreds of shrimp boats and yachts that moor there. The water reflections mirror the bright colors and shapes of the boats.  This scene is a reflection of a step in time.

Also, there are several large industrial marine facilities located there which can completely rebuild and overhaul these large vessels. Palacios is a small community built on the shrimping industry and is also a great place for tourists. Sea birds are plentiful and follow the boats looking for a meal.  Palacios Harbor is an excellent ‘picture perfect’ scene to add to your wall.
